Stairlifts Options - Powered Footrest / Arm and Seat Linkage

If you need to fold your stairlift but cannot reach the footrest, you can have a switch installed in the arm to raise and lower the footrest electronically. Alternitively, it might be possible to to use a footrest - arm or footrest - seat linkage so that when you raise the seat or arms , the footrest folds up with it.
